The problems we hear, and what BillBook does
Every size and colour is a separate line in the book, so stock never adds up.
Variable products: one product with its sizes and colours, each with its own SKU, price and stock.
Price tags are written by hand, and the till price doesn’t match the shelf.
Barcode labels with the name and price, printed from BillBook and scanned at the till.
Regular customers get nothing for coming back.
Reward points that customers earn and redeem at the counter (on Growth and above).
Returns and exchanges are argued over with no record of the sale.
Sales returns against the original bill, with a printed credit note.

Frequently asked questions
Can one product have sizes and colours?
Yes. Make it a variable product and add its sizes and colours. Each combination gets its own SKU, barcode, price and stock count.
Can we keep wholesale and retail prices?
Yes. Selling price groups keep a wholesale price beside the retail one, and the cashier picks the group at the till.
How do exchanges work?
Record a return against the original bill, which prints a credit note and puts the item back in stock, then bill the new item as a normal sale.
