Software plans

BillBook is cloud software, so nothing is shipped. Your plan is active in your account at app.billbook.lk as soon as a card payment goes through, or once we confirm a bank transfer, usually the same working day.

Where we deliver hardware

We deliver printers, scanners, cash drawers and other hardware from our shop anywhere in Sri Lanka. We do not ship outside Sri Lanka.

Delivery charges and times

Before you pay, we confirm the price, the delivery charge and the expected delivery date with you on WhatsApp. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of payment, depending on your area and stock. If an item is delayed, we tell you and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Receiving your order

Please check the box and test the item as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery with photos or a video, as set out in our Refund Policy. Hardware is not returnable for a change of mind.

Setup

We help you connect the hardware to BillBook at no extra charge, by phone or WhatsApp.
