Setting Invoice Scheme

BillBook allows businesses to customize the invoice numbering format for better organization and tracking.

How to Configure Invoice Number Format

• Go to → Settings → Invoice Settings → Add
• Choose an Invoice Scheme Format:
  • XXXX → Sequential numbers (e.g., 0001, 0002, 0003)
  • <year>-XXXX → Year-based numbering (e.g., 2024-0001, 2024-0002)
• Customize:
  • Custom Prefix (e.g., INV-, BB-, SALE-)
  • Invoice Start Number
  • Number of Digits
• Preview the Invoice Format before saving.
• Click Save

Note: To apply the scheme to your business, set it as the Default Invoice Scheme.
