Service Staff Timer

The Service Staff Timer feature allows businesses to allocate specific time for service staff to prepare or complete a task.

Use Cases

  • Restaurants: Assign a waiter or chef specific time to complete an order.
  • Salons & Spas: Allocate time slots for haircuts, massages, or beauty treatments.
  • Service Centers: Track time taken by technicians to complete repairs.

How to Enable & Use the Service Staff Timer

Step 1: Enable Service Staff Feature

  • Go to → Settings → Business Settings → POS
  • Enable Service Staff in Product Line
  • Click Save

Step 2: Assign Service Staff with a Timer

  • In the POS screen, select a service staff member for a product.
  • Enter the estimated time required to complete the service.

Step 3: Monitor Staff Engagement

  • The service staff will be engaged until the allocated time expires.
  • Once the time elapses, the staff becomes available for the next task.
