Service Staff PIN

The Service Staff PIN feature enhances security by requiring service staff to enter a PIN before processing sales in the POS system.

Enabling Service Staff PIN

  • Go to → User Management → Add/Edit User
  • Check the Enable Service Staff PIN checkbox
  • Enter a unique PIN for the service staff member.
  • Click Save

Using the Service Staff PIN During Sales

  1. Enable the Service Staff Feature.
  2. On the POS or Sales screen, a dropdown appears listing all available Service Staff.
  3. Select a Service Staff Member.
  4. A popup modal appears asking for the Service Staff PIN.
  5. Enter the correct PIN Code.

Note: If the PIN is incorrect, the staff selection will be denied.

Important Notes

  • The Service Staff PIN is different from the login password.
  • Each staff member has a unique PIN for individual accountability.
  • This prevents unauthorized sales activity.
