Line Orders & All Orders

BillBook provides two order views: Line Orders and All Orders.

Line Orders

  • Displays orders assigned to a specific service staff.
  • These orders are linked to service staff selected at the product level in the POS screen.
  • Helps in tracking staff-wise assigned orders.

Note: To assign service staff at the product level, enable Service Staff in Product Line in Business Settings → POS.

All Orders

  • Displays all orders placed in the POS system.
  • Provides an overview of all sales transactions regardless of service staff.
  • You can filter by service staff to view only their assigned orders.
