Kitchen Order Management

BillBook's Kitchen Order feature allows restaurants to send orders directly to the kitchen for preparation.

Enabling the Kitchen Feature

• Go to → POS Screen
• Look for the Send to Kitchen checkbox.
• Check the box if the order needs to be prepared in the kitchen.
• If unchecked, the order will be treated as an immediate service order.

How Kitchen Orders Work

• When an order is marked for the kitchen, it appears on the Kitchen Display Screen.
• Kitchen staff can view pending orders, prepare them, and mark them as Cooked when ready.
• Once marked as Cooked, it updates in the POS for service staff to deliver.
