Managing Product Variations

BillBook allows you to add multiple variations to products, making it easier to manage items with different sizes, colors, brands, or other attributes!
Adding Variations to Products
- Go to → Products → Variations
- Click on Add New Variation
- Enter the Variation Name (e.g., Color, Size, Brand)
- Add Variation Values (e.g., Red, Blue, Green for Colors or S, M, L, XL for Size)
- Click Save
Examples
Example 1: Jeans with Multiple Colors
- Variation Name → Color
- Variation Values → Black, Blue, Gray, White
Example 2: A Book with Size & Pages (Multiple Variations)
- Variation Name → Size – Pages
- Variation Values: Long 30 pages, Long 120 pages, Small 30 pages, Small 120 pages
Important Notes
Variations that are already used in products CANNOT be deleted. You can edit existing variations but not remove them once assigned.
