Enable or Disable Auto-Sending of Notifications

BillBook allows businesses to automate email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications for new sales.
Enabling Auto-Sending of SMS & Email for New Sales
Before enabling, ensure Email SMTP and SMS API settings are configured.
Steps:
- Go to → Settings → Notification Templates
- Under Customer Notification, find New Sale notification.
- Enable Auto Send Email and/or Auto Send SMS.
- Click Save
Now, whenever a new sale is made, customers will automatically receive an Email or SMS notification!
Important Notes:
- If Email or SMS settings are incorrect, the sale will not be submitted.
- Email notifications are sent only if the customer has a valid email.
- SMS notifications are sent only if the customer has a valid phone number.
Enabling Auto-Sending of WhatsApp Notifications
- Go to → Settings → Notification Templates → Customer Notification → New Sale
- Enable Auto Send WhatsApp Notification
- Click Save
