Barcode Printer Setup

BillBook supports barcode printing, allowing businesses to print barcode labels for products, retail items, and cartons using direct thermal barcode printers.

Supported Barcode Printers

BillBook supports any barcode printer that uses Direct Thermal print technology — including Zebra, Dymo, TSC, Brother, and other thermal barcode printers.

Setting Up a Barcode Printer

Step 1: Connect the Barcode Printer

  • Plug in the barcode printer via USB, Ethernet, or Bluetooth.
  • Install the printer driver (if required).

Step 2: Configure Barcode Printer Settings

  • Go to → Settings → Printer Settings
  • Select your barcode printer from the list.
  • Adjust paper size & print preferences if needed.

Step 3: Customize Barcode Labels

  • Go to → Settings → Barcode Settings → Add
  • Enter label details: Sticker Size, Paper Size, Margins & Label Layout
  • Save settings

Step 4: Print Barcode Labels

  • Go to → Purchase → Print Labels
  • Select products and print the barcode labels.

Note: Test print a sample label before mass printing to ensure proper alignment.
