Registering Your Business in BillBook

Getting started with BillBook is quick and easy! Follow these steps to register your business and begin managing your operations seamlessly.
Step 1: Access the Registration Page
Click on the Register Business link on the welcome page.
Step 2: Enter Business Information
The registration process consists of three key sections:
Business Details
- Fill in your business name, address, and contact details.
- Choose the appropriate currency and time zone (each business can have different settings).
- Click Next to proceed.
Tax Details
- Enter at least one Tax Name and Tax Number.
- Taxes like GST/VAT vary depending on your country.
- Click Next to continue.
Owner Details
- Provide your name, email, and contact details.
- Set a Username & Password (you'll need these to log in, so keep them safe!).
- The first owner automatically becomes the admin of the business.
- You can add, edit, or remove additional admins later from the Settings section.
Step 3: Complete Registration
- Click the Register button.
- After successful registration, you'll be redirected to the Login Screen.
- Log in using the owner's username and password.
Tip: You can always update your business details, tax information, and owner details later in the Business Settings section.
Editing Business Information
Business details, tax information, and owner details can be updated anytime in Business Settings.
Disabling or Removing the Registration Link
BillBook allows multiple business registrations, but sometimes you might want to restrict external users from creating businesses. If the registration link is not visible, contact support for assistance.
