📌 Enabling Service Staff PIN in BillBook #
✅ Go to → User Management → Add/Edit User
✅ Check the “Enable Service Staff PIN” checkbox ✅
✅ A new field will appear to enter a unique PIN for the service staff member.
✅ Click Save 💾
📌 Now, the assigned service staff must enter their PIN when processing sales.
🛒 Using the Service Staff PIN During Sales #
✅ Step 1: Enable the Service Staff Feature
✅ Step 2: On the POS or Sales screen, a dropdown menu appears listing all available Service Staff.
✅ Step 3: Select a Service Staff Member for the sale.
✅ Step 4: A popup modal appears asking for the Service Staff PIN.
✅ Step 5: Enter the correct PIN Code to associate the staff with the sale.
📌 If the PIN is incorrect, the staff selection will be denied, and a new service staff member must be selected.

- The Service Staff PIN is different from the login password – each serves a separate function.
- Each staff member has a unique PIN to ensure individual accountability.
