Reward your customers and keep them coming back with Loyalty Cards! With BillBook’s Loyalty Program, customers can earn and redeem reward points on their purchases. 🏆💳


🔹 Enabling Reward Points #

Before using Loyalty Cards, make sure the reward points feature is enabled in BillBook.

Go toSettings → Business Settings → Sales

🎟️ Creating Loyalty Cards for Customers #

Once the reward points feature is enabled, you can set up Loyalty Cards for customers!

1. Assign a Customer ID 🔢

  • When adding a new customer, provide them with a unique Customer ID.
  • This ID will be linked to their reward points account.

2. Print the Loyalty Card 🖨️

  • Use the Customer ID to generate and print a Loyalty Card.
  • The card should include a QR Code or Barcode for easy scanning.
  • Tip: You can use Canva or any designing software to create a professional-looking card for printing. 🎨

🛍️ Using Loyalty Cards at the Point of Sale (POS) #

1. Select the Customer

  • At the POS screen, choose the customer making the purchase.
  • You can scan the QR/Barcode from their Loyalty Card OR
  • Enter their Mobile Number or Customer Name.

2. Complete the Sale

  • The system automatically applies the earned reward points.
  • Customers can later redeem their points for discounts or rewards! 🎁
