Reward your customers and keep them coming back with Loyalty Cards! With BillBookโ€™s Loyalty Program, customers can earn and redeem reward points on their purchases. ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ’ณ


๐Ÿ”น Enabling Reward Points #

Before using Loyalty Cards, make sure the reward points feature is enabled in BillBook.

โœ… Go to โ†’ Settings โ†’ Business Settings โ†’ Sales
โœ… Enable the Reward Points feature

๐ŸŽŸ๏ธ Creating Loyalty Cards for Customers #

Once the reward points feature is enabled, you can set up Loyalty Cards for customers!

โœ… 1. Assign a Customer ID ๐Ÿ”ข

  • When adding a new customer, provide them with a unique Customer ID.
  • This ID will be linked to their reward points account.

โœ… 2. Print the Loyalty Card ๐Ÿ–จ๏ธ

  • Use the Customer ID to generate and print a Loyalty Card.
  • The card should include a QR Code or Barcode for easy scanning.
  • Tip: You can use Canva or any designing software to create a professional-looking card for printing. ๐ŸŽจ

๐Ÿ›๏ธ Using Loyalty Cards at the Point of Sale (POS) #

โœ… 1. Select the Customer

  • At the POS screen, choose the customer making the purchase.
  • You can scan the QR/Barcode from their Loyalty Card OR
  • Enter their Mobile Number or Customer Name.

โœ… 2. Complete the Sale

  • The system automatically applies the earned reward points.
  • Customers can later redeem their points for discounts or rewards! ๐ŸŽ
