📲 Displaying QR Code in Invoice in BillBook

BillBook allows businesses to add a QR code to invoices, making it easier for customers to access invoice details digitally or comply with regulatory requirements. 🚀🧾


📌 Steps to Enable QR Code in Invoice #

Step 1: Go toSettings → Invoice Settings → Invoice Layout
Step 2: Scroll down to the QR Code section.
Step 3: Click “Show QR Code”
Step 4: Select the fields to be included in the QR code:

  • Business Name 🏢
  • Invoice URL 🔗
  • Invoice Number & Date 📆
  • Customer Name & Contact 👤
    Step 5: Click “Save” 💾

📌 Now, when you print an invoice, the QR code will appear on it!


📝 Additional QR Code Options #

Show Labels in QR Code:

  • Enabling this will display key-value pairs in the QR code, making it easier to read the data when scanned.

ZATCA (Fatoora) QR Code (For Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦)

  • ZATCA-compliant QR codes are required in Saudi Arabia for e-invoicing.
  • Enabling this will generate a QR code in LTV-Base64 format for Fatoora compliance.
