🏷️ Adding a New Label or Barcode Settings in BillBook

BillBook comes with pre-configured barcode settings, but if your barcode format is different, you can create a custom configuration based on your sticker measurements. 🚀📦


📌 Steps to Add a New Barcode Sticker Configuration #

Go toSettings → Barcode Settings → Add
✅ Enter:

  • A descriptive name (e.g., “Custom Label 2×1 Inches”)
  • A brief description for reference

If using a Roll Printer, check “Continuous feed or rolls”

Enter sticker measurements (in inches):

  • Additional Top Margin 📏
  • Additional Left Margin 📏
  • Sticker Width & Height 🏷️
  • Paper Width & Height 📄
  • Number of stickers per row 🔢
  • Distance between rows & columns 🏷️↔️🏷️
  • Total stickers per sheet 📊

📌 For Roll Printers: Some settings like stickers per row & spacing are not required.

✅ Click Save 💾


📋 Testing Your Barcode Configuration #

Go toPurchase → Print Label
✅ Print a dummy barcode sticker to check alignment.
✅ If adjustments are needed, edit the measurements accordingly in Barcode Settings.
