📌 How to Configure Invoice Number Format #

✅ Go to → Settings → Invoice Settings
✅ Click “Add” to create a new invoice scheme.

🔹 Choose an Invoice Scheme Format: #

• XXXX → Sequential numbers (e.g., 0001, 0002, 0003)
• <year>-XXXX → Year-based numbering (e.g., 2024-0001, 2024-0002)

✅ Customize Additional Options:

• Custom Prefix (e.g., INV-, BB-, SALE-)
• Invoice Start Number (e.g., Start from 1001 instead of 0001)
• Number of Digits (e.g., 4 digits → 0001, 5 digits → 00001)

✅ Preview the Invoice Format in the Preview Box before saving.
✅ Click Save 💾

📌 To apply the scheme to your business, set it as the “Default Invoice Scheme”.
