🔹 Enabling Sales Subscriptions #

✅ Go to → Modules
✅ Check “Enable Subscriptions” ✅
✅ Click “Save” 💾

📌 IMPORTANT: A cron job must be set up for subscription invoices to auto-generate.

📋 Using Subscriptions in BillBook #

✅ Sales subscriptions can be added from:

• POS Screen 🛒
• Normal Sales Screen 🏷️

📌 Steps to Add a Subscription #

✅ Step 1: Go to POS or Sales Screen
✅ Step 2: Click on “Subscribe?” Checkbox
✅ Step 3: A popup modal will appear to set up the subscription:

• Frequency (e.g., every 1 day, every 5 days, every 1 month, etc.).
• Number of Times (e.g., 5 times, unlimited, etc.).
  ✅ Step 4: Click Save 💾

📌 Now, this sale will be treated as a subscription, and invoices will be automatically generated at the selected intervals.

✅ Manage subscriptions from: Sell → Subscriptions

• You can Start/Stop a subscription anytime.
• The system will auto-generate invoices for active subscriptions.
• Notifications are sent to Admin & Salespersons when invoices are created.

📌 Subscription Indicators in BillBook #

When viewing All Sales, subscription-based sales are marked with color indicators:

🔵 Blue Color:

• Automatically generated subscription invoice.

🔴 Red Color:

• A recurring invoice that repeats for a set number of times.
• Once the subscription reaches the final billing cycle, it turns into a blue invoice.
