If a product has more than one variation, such as a book with different sizes and page counts, you can combine them.

📚 Example 2: A Book with Size & Pages #

Variation NameSize – Pages
Variation Values

  • Long – 30 pages
  • Long – 120 pages
  • Long – 200 pages
  • Small – 30 pages
  • Small – 120 pages

This allows multiple variations to be managed under one product, saving time and keeping inventory structured! 📖

🛑 Important Notes on Variations #

🚨 Deleting Variations:

  • Variations that are already used in products CANNOT be deleted.
  • You can edit existing variations but not remove them once assigned to a product.

With BillBook’s Variations feature, managing different product options becomes effortless and efficient! 🚀🎨

Let me know if you need any refinements! 😊
