Getting started with BillBook is quick and easy! Follow these steps to register your business and begin managing your operations seamlessly.
๐ Step 1: Access the Registration Page #
๐ Click on the โRegister Businessโ link on the welcome page.
๐ Step 2: Enter Business Information #
The registration process consists of three key sections:

1๏ธโฃ Business Details ๐ข #
- Fill in your business name, address, and contact details.
- Choose the appropriate currency ๐ต and time zone โฐ (each business can have different settings).
- Click Next to proceed.
2๏ธโฃ Tax Details ๐ฐ #
- Enter at least one Tax Name and Tax Number.
- Taxes like GST/VAT vary depending on your country. ๐
- Click Next to continue.
3๏ธโฃ Owner Details ๐ค #
- Provide your name, email, and contact details. ๐ง๐ฑ
- Set a Username & Password ๐ (youโll need these to log in, so keep them safe!).
- The first owner automatically becomes the admin of the business. ๐
- You can add, edit, or remove additional admins later from the User Management section.
- Click Next to proceed.

Click the “Register” button.

After successful registration, youโll be redirected to the Login Screen.

Log in using the ownerโs username and password. ๐
๐ Editing Business Information #
๐ก Donโt worry! You can always update your business details, tax information, and owner details later in the Business Settings section. โ๏ธ

BillBook allows multiple business registrations, but sometimes, we might want to restrict external users from creating businesses.
